San Francisco, California — Thursday, December 12, 2002 — BenefitPoint, Inc., a leading employee benefits infrastructure company, today announced the appointment of Tammy Tucker as President of BenefitsAlliance, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BenefitPoint, Inc. In addition, Ms. Tucker will assume the position of Vice President, Carrier Sales, for BenefitPoint.

Prior to joining BenefitsAlliance, Ms. Tucker served as Vice President of Sales for HealthMarket and ChannelPoint, two start-up companies. Ms. Tucker has also held senior level sales management positions with Health Net in California and New York, as well as national positions with Aetna and Maxicare.
